2. Services
The Company is engaged in real estate development and provides information about Diamond Ring Residencia, including plot availability, pricing, amenities, and location details. The information presented on this website is for general informational purposes and may be subject to change without prior notice. Visual representations, including renders and layout plans, are indicative and may differ from the final deliverables.
3. Plot Booking
Plot booking is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount and execution of the Sale Agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify plot availability, pricing, and specifications at any time prior to the execution of the Sale Agreement. All bookings are subject to verification and approval by the Company.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, methods, and terms will be outlined in the Sale Agreement specific to each plot transaction. All payments must be made through authorised channels as specified by the Company. The Company will issue receipts for all payments received. Delays in payment may attract interest and penalties as specified in the Sale Agreement.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Company. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy outlined in the Sale Agreement, after deducting applicable administrative charges and any statutory deductions. The timeline and percentage of refund shall be governed by the Sale Agreement and applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on any information provided herein. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific services or products in question. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, and pandemics, shall relieve the Company of its obligations for the duration of such events.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
